MONEY?  Also consider your budget. Do you have a little extra to involve a personal trainer? Perhaps, joining a fitness class is a better fit to your schedule and budget.

Who is this for?  These are ideas and strategies for busy people to maintain energy and health with short and easy lifestyle changes.  Who is this for?  Ideas for people with athletic commitments such as a marathon you want to complete. These ideas are also great for people that exercise for 7+ hours a week.
