Yes!  If you have never done a colon cleanse before, we recommend you start on a day off.  This will give you a chance to understand how your body reacts to the cleanse. We have 2 blends that fit the category of a colon cleanse, which are 1) Colon Cleanse -loose 2) Weight loss detox - tea bags  

FYI- This is NOT the case for other cleansers like the Skin Detox.  Also usually our fiber detox capsule are also considered very mild. Although some of our urinary cleanser are diuretics they are not designed to be laxatives.

Please limit your intake to no more than 1 cup/day (1 teaspoon per cup) while on the cleanse as instructed on the package.

Please limit consumption as described by our programs/plans unless you are very knowledgeable of herbs.

To control the concentration you can steep for a shorter or longer time period (i.e. lighter steep =1 to 3 minutes, dark steep= longer than +3 minutes).

***Please be aware that the color of the tea may not change much as it gets darker, but it will be more concentrated which means it will be a more aggressive purge.
