Just add to a shot glass of mineral water and drink before running out of the house. You can add this to your favorite skin herbs for added antioxidant power or even add this to food. For children 5yrs+, add green tea powder to salad dressing for pasta salads, or make a fresh fruit shake. Use natural sweeteners such as honey or turbinado. Children do not have to take large quantities (1/4-1/2 teaspoon), especially if you can find unique ways to include natural antioxidants in their daily eating regime. FYI: Starting a good internal health regime early can help children avoid skin problems as they enter puberty. Not all Asian children are born with great skin. Many East Asian diets include daily intake of high antioxidant and balancing foods.
