Milk Thistle Seed organic

Milk thistle is used to both cleanse the liver and contains antioxidants to rejuvenate the liver.  It has been used for centuries by the Greek and Chinese for detox and cleansing.

If you are making ur own this is a recommended herb for most skin teas to help promote even tone.  

Limit use of Milk Thistle tea to ½ teaspoon 2-3 x times daily.

Milk thistle seed may cause mild diarrhea by stimulating the release of bile especially in people with high fat diets.
