Reishi Mushrooms are used to treat a variety of ailments and in many circles it is consider a cure all. It is an immunostimulate and is used to support immunity issues ranging from flu to acne and AIDs.

It is also used to aid in sleep, as a diuretic, as a laxative and to lower cholesterol.

There are no known counter indications.

Limit use to no more than 8 grams per day.  Add mushrooms to hot water to make a tea and drink.
