This mix is ideal for men and women. Use as part of a good health and age prevention/anti-aging regime. Try this in addition to our teas to enhance the effect. This is a very powerful drink designed for people used to drinking original plant juices with strong properties. If you have never had a plant extract or juice you should start with low concentrations and gradually increase the dosage. 

As part of a chemical cleanse or whole health regime, drink once a month for a continuous 3-5 days. 

To counteract the effect of continous exposure to high concentrations of chemicals, pollutants or sun take a low dosage every day.  We recommend ¼- ½ teaspoon per day.  

As part of a fasting cleanse, drink after either prior to starting or after completing your fasting program.  This product is designed to support toxin elimination and should be taken during a period of consumption and not in the middle of a fast. If you experience diarrhea reduce the dosage.
